A porchlift provides convenient multi-level wheelchair access,
either indoors or outdoors. Very space-efficient, they take up
far less area than a ramp, and can be installed in most applications.
In private residences, porchlifts allow homeowners access
the upper floor from the ground floor or yard.

Lift Mechanism
- Drive system: Acme screw, with optional hydraulic and battery
operated systems available.
 Height
of Platform Lift
- Height of lifts may be from a few steps, to three floors.
- Number of stops - up to three.
Roll-on Access
- Access to the platform is typically either a fixed access
ramp, or optional automatic folding ramp for applications where
there is no pit.
Call Buttons
- Call Buttons may be mounted in gate frame, surface mounted on wall, or flush mounted into the wall.
Safety Features
- There are multiple safety features built into each lift. The
under-platform sensor detects when an object is blocking the
lift’s path, helping to prevent damage to the item or lift.
Once the path is cleared, the lift will continue down to the
next level.
- Remote controls with key lock to prevent unauthorized access.
- Platform controls use a constant pressure rocker switch, with
key operation, emergency stop, and alarm buttons.
- High high guard panels (42") with grab rail.
Weight Capacity
- Rated load: up to 750 lbs.
Dimensions
- The interior of the lift is a non-skid platform. Lifts are
available in different dimenions, with platform sizes of 36”x
48”, 36”x54”, 36”x60”, as well as other custom sizes.
Materials & Colours
- Many lifts have a powder coat finish, a more durable treatment than paint.
- Special order colors are available on some models – choose from over 180 colors to perfectly match your home or facility.
Location / Useage
- Porchlits may be installed indoor or outdoor. Outdoor lifts have features to protect the lift from weather elements.
- We install safety-regulation-approved porchlifts for both residential and commercial use. Our lifts and installations meet or exceed the CSA codes for both commercial and residential installations.
